Reverend Dowen is a ceremony officiating clergy who would be honored to provide officiating services for your wedding or anniversary. He is an ordained clergy with a reputable church affiliation and has performed inspirational weddings for couples for over 25 years. Reverend Dowen will officiate your 'special day' not as a business, but relational with pastoral care and compassion. Most officiants will not provide pre-marital counseling without an additional fee! Many perform ceremonies that are civil, multi-religions, or not of a Christian nature at all.
