Fully qualified to legally officiate weddings. Experience: Missionary work in Haiti and HK/China, 3 years of pastoral experience, youth outreach and various ministry since 1991, including officiating weddings. Training: Th. B, in Theology, International Theological Seminary, Bradenton FL.
